Milan Design Week, a global design highlight, is split into Salone del Mobile at Rho Fiera and Fuorisalone, where Milan itself becomes the stage. During Fuorisalone, iconic districts like Brera, Tortona, and Isola transform into vibrant showcases. Brera offers an artistic, bohemian vibe, while Tortona features edgy, industrial exhibitions. Isola, with its modern architecture, focuses on sustainability and innovation.
Every step through Milan reveals a new display, as showrooms and pop-up installations fill the streets with creative energy. Salone del Mobile showcases the latest in furniture design, while Fuorisalone invites everyone to explore design trends throughout the city, making Milan a live exhibition and celebration of creativity.
Milan Design Week is a remarkable melting pot of ideas and inspirations, drawing designers and industry professionals from a wide range of disciplines. The exhibition spaces throughout Milan Design Week were nothing short of breathtaking. Famarella had the privilege of showcasing its latest decorative porcelain slabs—crafted using the most advanced technology and enriched with meticulous handwork—at the stunning Officine Milano Studio. This artistic atelier, known for its boutique selection of exclusive pieces, provided the perfect backdrop for our creations. We were honored to be part of a venue that caters to architects and designers seeking unique elements to shape their distinctive spaces.
